Principle of operation

By limiting the starting current and starting torque, the soft starter is able to reliably prevent mechanical shock and grid voltage drop during starting. By controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor, the motor starting voltage is reduced and raised to the rated voltage within the set starting time. With this stepless control of the motor voltage, the motor can be regulated according to the load characteristics of the driven machine, gently accelerating the mechanical equipment.

This significantly improves the operating performance of mechanical equipment, reduces maintenance costs and extends service life.

Environment

The altitude of the installation place should not exceed 1000m; if it exceeds 1000m, the capacity should be reduced;

The ambient temperature is -10～40℃, above 40℃, the capacity should be reduced, and the current should be reduced by 2% for every 1℃ above.

Ambient humidity ≤95%RH, no water condensation;

●Indoor without corrosive gas that destroys metal and insulating materials:
